Where is the PCNA venue?
All meeting sessions will be held at the Hilton Brisbane, 190 Elizabeth St.
When and where is the Registration Desk?
Saturday 19 May 2018 - 4:00pm to 5:30pm - Registration Desk, Level 8, Room 83
For guests attending Wine & Die Workshop only
Sunday 20 and Monday 21 May 2018
The Registration Desk will be located on Meeting Level 5 of the Hilton Brisbane and will open at the following times during the meeting:
Sunday 20 May 2018 – 7:00am to 5:30pm
Monday 21 May 2018 – 7:30am to 4:00pm
Where do speakers load their talks?
All speakers must report to the audio visual technician located in the room that they are presenting. Please load your talk with the technician during the breaks prior to your session. It is preferable to load at least two sessions prior to your presentation time.
What are the poster dimensions and when do they present?
All posters are up for the duration of the meeting. Posters should be:
- maximum poster size is AO (841mm wide x 1189mm high)
Posters can go up from Sunday morning from 0730 and should be removed by the end of afternoon tea on Monday 21 May. Poster authors should stand by their posters during morning tea on both days to answer queries in relation to your research. Velcro will be provided to affix your poster to the boards.
Will there be an Abstract Book?
Available May 2018.
All abstracts will be available online for downloading prior to the start of the Meeting. Please refer to the Meeting Handbook to obtain a copy to save to your device. No printed abstract books or programs will be provided during the meeting.
Is there WIFI at the venue?
Yes, WIFI will be available at the venue. A code will be given to you at the time of the Meeting.
Where are the catering breaks located?
All catering breaks will be located on Level 5 within the exhibition area. PNCA are very grateful for the support of all of our sponsors and encourage you to take the time to visit them during the scheduled breaks.
What if I have a special dietary request?
The catering staff have been advised of any special diets to date. Please see the staff at the Registration Desk or the waiting staff to locate your requirements.
Where is the Networking Reception?
Within the Exhibition area, Level 5 at Hilton Brisbane.
If you have not registered for this event and wish to attend please notify the Conference Manager to be included in the numbers prior to the event.
